By ingesting active yeast at the beginning of the night, a world famous brewer claims that he 
can drink as much beer as he likes through out the night without becoming excessively drunk.

During an interview with the Esquire magazine the co-founder of the Boston Beer Company Jim 
Koch, said that before consuming his first pint of the day he eats a mixture of yeast and  yogurt.

He has drank an amazing 21,000 beers in his lifetime using this unusual trick.

It has been invaluable to him as he recently admitted. Journalist Aaron Goldfarb was asked by him if he liked to know the secret. How he could drink so many beers during the night and not get drunk from them. As Aaron Goldfarb was concerned that he he might be drunk before the interview had been completed.

He told Aaron the the secret is yeast. The same yeast you can purchase at any grocery store. 
Just take one teaspoon for each beer before you start drinking and it will mitigate the 
effects of the alcohol and also possibly stop a hangover the next morning.
Yeast will not eliminate the effects. The enzymes in the yeast that 
mitigate the effects are called alcohol dehydrogenates (ADH).

These enzymes reduce the effects of alcohol by breaking it down in your stomach. This usually reduces wobbliness and morning fuzziness. Alcohol affects each person differently. The yeast may or may not prevent someone from  feeling drunk, admitted Mr Koch.
