Kids Party

Kids have different themes are set ups at their birthday parties that vary with their ages. However, it should also be stressed that a child's birthday should not be neglected just because they are too young to comprehend the birthday's significance. When your child grows up they will feel quite sad if they noticed that their initial birthdays were never celebrated. Children like to have a lot of attention from their parents so to keep them happy it should be advised that you celebrate your little sweet hearts birthday every year.
Now let's get down to business. As you know children who are about to turn one have no such preference and are quite small to even tell what's going on around them. Kids at this age love watching cartoons like Elmo, Dora the explorer and sesame street so you can use any one of them as a theme. If your child has no specific cartoon they enjoy watching then you can even do a theme around farm animals. As far as entertainment is concerned you cannot really get any clowns are magic performers as the children at the party will be too young to understand their significance. Instead of getting entertainment a better and more suitable idea would be to use a bubble machine.
The bubble machine is very easy to use with a simple on and off switch and the added bonus is that it can run on both electricity and batteries so if you have a power problem the bubbles can be made by making the machine run on batteries. At this age the children at the party will be in no position to play games so you can arrange for the adults at the party to play fun games with their kids it can be quite enjoyable. Keep the party short as parents cannot handle crying babies for long in a public place. A party of one and a half hours seems fairly adequate.
Children who are turning two are another case altogether as toddlers at this age have started to talk a little and they walk around. Kids at this age also love watching cartoons, singing along to nursery rhymes and are attracted to vibrant colors. You can focus your attention on colorful balloons or link-o-loons so that the kids at the party can play with them. Link-o-loons can be used to create patterns or even strings of balloons tied together in several colors. Helium filled balloons can be used as kids love these balloons. It's quite easy to fill helium in balloons using a small Helium tank and balloon kit as it's easy to use and portable.
For fun you can make the kids play games like duck duck goose or even ringa ringa roses it's all up to you as there are many games to choose from. Be sure to keep the party short as kids at this age are not going to sit calmly for wrong and before you know it they will be running hyper all over the place.
Now we can move on to an older child's birthday for example five year olds. Five year olds have a lot more demands and hence have a bigger party with more requirements. Children at this age have started going to school and have a lot of expectations on how to have their birthdays so that they can impress their friends. You can have jumping castle and hire entertainers so that the kids can be entertained and have fun. Even at this age balloons are a must you can use all the types that are available link-o-loons, regular balloons and even helium balloons. Other fun activities can be having a crafts project in which you can ask the kids to make necklaces out of macaroni or even macaroni art.
The cake is also another thing kids at this age decide for themselves. Kids love having cakes shaped like princesses, cars etc. The menu at the birthday party should be something kids will like eating like pizza, spaghetti and fish fingers. You can serve the cake and food on plastic plates so that you can dispose of them easily afterwards and there is no risk of the kids breaking them. For beverages you can use the red American plastic cups.
At the end of the day no matter what age your child is its all about celebrating. So plan out the birthday perfectly for your child and have a clear schedule about when to order what supplies so that you don’t experience any problems at the end. Try to take lots of pictures of your little one, the venue and even the cake so that you can cherish these memories forever. Its also a great idea to make a little scrap book of your child's birthday.
