Raspberry Coconut Smoothie
What you need:
One cup of coconut milk
One banana
Two teaspoons coconut extract
A cup of frozen raspberries
How to make:
1. In a blender add the coconut milk, banana and coconut extract and blend for 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
2. Add in raspberries and continue to pulse until smooth.
3. Pour your smoothie in to a fancy serving glass and top with fresh raspberries and shredded coconut.
