Butterscotch schnapps and Caramel Jelly Shots
What you will need:
One pack of gelatin
Half a cup of water
Half a cup of evaporated milk
Three drops of yellow food colouring
Two teaspoons salt
One pack of Land o Lakes Caramel hot chocolate
1/4th of a cup of sugar
Half a cup of butterscotch schnapps
How to make them:
1. In a sauce pan mix the water and caramel hot chocolate and mix till the chocolate is well combined.
2. Now add in the evaporated milk and whisk again till well combined.
3. Now sprinkle your gelatine in this mixture and let it sit for a few minutes and turn the heat to low.
4. Now add in the sugar and food colouring till you achieve that caramel colour you want.
5. Remove from the heat and add in a teaspoon of salt and half a cup of the schnapps.
6. Pour in to the shot glasses and place in fridge for a few hours.
