Simple Mini Pavlovas

What Youll need:

1 pack of pavlova nests

500ml thickened cream

Fresh or frozen raspberries

How to make mini pavlovas:

1. In a bowl whip the thickened cream.

2. Spoon or pipe the whipped cream into the centre of the pavolva nests.

3. Sprinkle raspberries on top. You could also use banana, passionfruit pulp, kiwi fruit or any other fruit that takes your fancy.

4. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
