Edible Jelly Art
Although, this Jelly art looks like a piece of art, it tastes delicious. With numerous stunning colors blended in a white gelatin base, it looks spectacular. A stained-glass Jell-O is usually non-alcoholic, but you could add vodka into it according to your taste. Besides, you can even try using tequila and lime with Jell-O, or vodka and lime with Jell-O. So here’s how we make it:
Ingredients
• Jelly in different colors (4 to 6 three oz boxes)
• Sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce)
• Unflavored gelatin (Couple of envelopes)
• Boiling water
• Pyrex baking dish (9”x13”)
Directions for Preparation
1. Take the Jell-O boxes and read the instructions for preparing them. Now make Jell-O as described.
2. Once your Jell-O is set, you can cut them into smaller cubes.
3. Take a baking dish and mix these cubes in it.
4. Now take a new bowl and add half a cup of cold water & gelatin. Mix them together properly.
5. Add one and a half cup of boiling water into this bowl and mix them properly. Now ass some condensed milk and stir again. Set it aside to cool down.
6. Take a baking dish and pour this mixture into it. However, you will notice bubbles over the surface of the mixture. You can remove these bubbles with the help of a straw.
7. Now put this mixture in a refrigerator for one night.
8. You can take them out of refrigerator next morning and serve immediately.
