Strawberry Mojito With A Basil Twist

What You Need:

1 Cup Sugar

½ Cup of Water

3 Cups of Sparkling Water/Club Soda

6 Fresh Sliced and Clean Strawberries

¼ Cup of Sliced Strawberries

4 whole strawberries

4 Freshly Squeezed Limes

¼ Cups of Chopped Basil

3 Cups of Ice

1. Put into a blender the sugar, water and the 6 sliced strawberries and blend till you have a smooth mixture.

2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat till the sugar dissolves. Let the mixture cool off completely.

3. Pour in a small amount of the strawberry syrup in equal proportions in a two glasses.

4. Add some rum extract, the lime juice, ice, chopped basil and the sliced strawberries into the glasses and mix thoroughly.

5.Pour in the sparkling water/club soda into the glasses and garnish with strawberries.

6. You can add 60 grams of rum in each glass in case you want the drinks to be alcoholic.
