Sparkling Vanilla Plum Champagne

What you will need:

Quarter of a fresh plum

Half an tea spoon of vanilla essence

Champagne Granulated sugar

Thinly sliced plums

How to make Sparkling Vanilla Plum Champagne:

1. Wet your cocktail glass and coat with sugar.

2. Using a muddler crush your plums along with the vanilla syrup and add a bit of water.

3. Strain the mixture in to the glasses.

4. Top with champagne and top with sliced frozen plum.
