Candy cane Christmas Jelly Shots
What you will need:
Berry Blue Jello 1 pack
Blue Curacao Liqueur ¾th of a cup
Sparkling Champagne ¼th of a cup
A cup of Mini Marshmallows Cut up into four parts
Plastic shot glasses
Mini Blueberry Candy Canes for garnish
How to make Candy cane Christmas Jelly Shots:
1. Dissolve the Jello packet in boiling water as instructed on pack and then leave it to cool to room temperature.
2. Then mix in the blue curacao and sparkling champagne in to this mixture.
3. Pour in the Jello solution in to the shot glasses half way and add a layer of the marshmallow on top and refrigerate till set.
4. Then completely fill in the glasses with the remaining solution and refrigerate to set.
5. Garnish with candy cane and serve.
