The Mojito

What you will need:

30ml of rum

15ml of seltzer

1-2 teaspoons sugar

6-8 mint leaves

Half of a lime

How to make:

1. In a cocktail shaker add in the mint, sugar, and half a lime (cut up into four pieces) and muddle until the lime and mint is broken down.

2. Now add in the rum and ice, and shake.

3. Now pour into a Collins glass and add seltzer until glass is full.

4. before serving garnish with a lime wedge and a mint spring.
