What you will need:

• Half pineapple (12 Oz)

• 13 normal sized raspberries (3 Oz)

• Vodka (4 Oz)

• Pama Pomegrante Liqueur (2 Oz)

Directions to make sex on the beach ice blocks

1. Put Vodka & pineapple in a blender or food processor and blend them properly until a puree is formed. Set them aside.

2. Now take some Pama Liqueur & raspberries and put them in a blender or food processer and blend those too until a puree is formed.

3. Pour the pineapple mixture (half an Oz) in each popsicle well and then pour some raspberry mixture (one Oz) over it. You can now fill in some pineapple mixture in the popsicle wells to fill up the remaining space. Take a fork or a spoon and use its handle to smoothly pull the raspberry mixture from the pineapple mixture towards the mould’s wall in order to give a soft swirling effect.

4. Now take a foil and place it over popsicle form and make a small hole on the center of each popsicle well. Stick the popsicle sticks through these holes. Put them in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours till they become solid. Once they are frozen, take them out of the freezer and put the mould under hot running water for 2 to 3 seconds in order to loosen up the popsicle inside the mould.

5. Makes around ten popsicles.
