Rum Pumpkin Pie White Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
Two cups of Milk
Half a cup of white chocolate chips
Two tablespoons of pumpkin puree
A tablespoon of corn starch
A tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
One shot of Rum
Marshmallows (For garnish)
How to make:
1. In a saucepan add in all the ingredients except for the rum and cook on a low heat for around five minutes.
2. Make sure the mixture is well combined and the chocolate is melted completely.
3. Pour this mixture in to two coffee glasses and stir in the rim and top with marshmallows.
4. Serve while hot.
