Sparkling fruity vodka cocktail popsicles

It's Summer - you need to cool down, and you need a drink... so why not

combine the two into a boozy popsicle??!! YUM! Sounds refreshing right?

Let me tell you about these delish icicles.

To make these cool delights, all you need is any fizzy sparkling soda of

your choice, any flavour. Some vodka, flavoured or not. And some cream.

And what do they taste like? A little bit creamy, a little bit

sparkling, a little bit boozy - and ohhh so refreshing when all thrown

together. And check out the pictures - see how they are layered? The

heaviness of the cream sinks forming the pretty multi-coloured layers,

but don't worry - they taste amazing all throughout. So pick a flashy

flavoured soda if you want flashy looking popsicles to impress ;) You

can also try different shapes too.. it's that easy.

INGREDIENTS:

300ml Sparkling Izze Soda (any flavour) or Dry Soda

60ml Vodka

Half cup heavy cream

One tab/sp honey

METHOD:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together all your ingredients.

2. Pour into popsicle molds. Let freeze overnight. Carefully remove &

enjoy.
