Roasted black berry matcha pops

Makes 8 ice pops
Ingredients
2-6 oz. packages organic blackberries
5 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped out
1 can coconut milk
1 Tbsp matcha powder, sifted
1 tsp vanilla extract

The needed equipment

• You need paring knife: used to scrape seeds from vanilla pod
• Sifter
• Tablespoon measure
• Medium mixing bowl
• Liquid measuring cup with spout
• Small baking sheet, lightly oiled with non-stick spray
• 8 popsicle sticks in warm water for 5 minutes then blotted with a paper towel
How to get it prepared
1. First step: you have to preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Then you stir the black berries together along with 3 tablespoon of honey, the very seed of one vanilla beans. After this, you then place the mixture on a lightly greased baking skeet. Next; you roast the berries for about 25 minutes immediately the oven heat up to temperature. Still on the first step, you remove the berries from the oven and gently smash them all using a fork. It is important you leave the berries to get cool. This is because the juices will get thicker as the berries get cool.
2. The second step: mix the sifted matcha, vanilla extract, the coconut milk and the remaining 2tablespoon vigorously on a medium mixing bowl. Next; you should move this mixture to a liquid measuring cup. You then measure about 2Tbsp of the cooked berries and equally place into each of the 8 popsicle molds. You then carefully top the matcha coconut mixture over each of the fruits filled popsicle cavities. Give a room for 1/4 inch space at the top of each cavity to allow the pops expand during freezing.
3. Third step: you then place the lid on the popsicle molds. You then gently and carefully put the popsicle sticks straight down into each of the open slots. Permit about 1 inch of each popsicle stick above the lid. Allow the popsicles to freeze for about 4 hours or until it is hardened completely. In case you face difficulty removing them from molds, run the outside of each popsicles mold under a water that is warm in order to help the popsicles release.
