How to make a creamy orange cheesecake 

What you will need: 

1 Graham Cracker Crust
Half a cup of butter (melted)
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups of cracker crumbs
What you will need for the Cheesecake:
180 grams of packaged cream cheese (softened)
Half a cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 eggs
Half a cup sour cream
What you will need for the Orange Cream Layer:
80 grams of orange flavoured gelatin
1.5 cups of boiling water
180 grams of whipped topping 

How to make Creamy Orange Cheesecake: 

1. Start of by preheating your oven to 325 degrees.
2. 2. In a bowl mix the butter, sugar, crackers crumbs and stir
3. Pat this mixture in to a 9 inch pan and set aside
4. In another bowl mix together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Then beat in the sour cream
5. Pour mixture in to the crust
6. Bake this for 40 minutes
7. Then open the oven door for half an hour and let cake remain inside
8. After that let remove the cake and allow it to cool of completely
9. Now it’s time for the orange layer. Mix the geletin in boiling water until it is dissolved and gently whisk in the whipped topping until combined.
10. Pour this over the cheesecake 
11. Place this in the freezer for an hour and then place in the refrigerator before serving. 
12. Enjoy!
