How to easily regrow your shallots

Do you like to cook with shallots?. Did you know that you can easily regrow your shallots?

Once you have finished with you shallots keep the roots and simply place them in a glass full of water and then place the glass in a sunny window. After about 2-3 days you shallots should start to regrow and you should be able to harvest what you need. Remember to keep changing the water and just cut what you need with scissors before cooking.
