Stack the seasoned ribs in the slow cooker in a vertical manner with the larger cut bones facing side down. Cover the slow cooker and cook the BBQ for 6-8 hours on low heat. Uncover the cooker to put the sauce, cover again, and turn the heat to high for 30 minutes until the BBQ baby back ribs are well glazed.

For this recipe, you will need one and a half kilogram of pork ribs, 1 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice, 3 tablespoon each of rice wine vinegar and soy sauce, and 150 grams of barbeque glaze.

Directions:
Place the pork ribs on the slow cooker. Mix the spice, vinegar, and soy sauce and pour the mixture over the ribs. Cook on high for about 5 hours. Glaze the ribs with the use of a pastry brush and grill for 5 to 10 minutes.
