Bourbon Cinnamon Pecan Caramel Apples and Chocolate 

Sweet and Salty Bourbon Cinnamon Pecans

Ingredients
• One egg white
• Bourbon (2 to 3 tablespoons)
• Vanilla extract (One tablespoon)
• Brown sugar (Half a cup)
• Cinnamon (Three-fourth teaspoon)
• Kosher salt (One-fourth teaspoon)
• Finely chopped raw pecans (Three cups)
Caramel
• Heavy cream (One cup)
• Sugar (One cup)
• Light corn syrup (Half a cup)
• Bourbon (Half a cup)
• Butter (One-fourth cup)
• Vanilla extract (One tablespoon)
• Kosher salt (Half teaspoon)
• Melted chocolate chips (Half a cup)
• Six apples
• Six wooden sticks/twigs

Direction for Preparation
1. Heat the oven at 175c. Now place a foil over baking sheet. Take a bowl and mix vanilla, egg white, brown sugar, bourbon, salt & cinnamon together till the mixture becomes foamy. Now add some pecans and allow them to be completely covered with the mixture. Now place these nuts over a baking pan and bake them for next 15-25 minutes. Allow them to cool down for next 10 minutes and then transfer them into a thin dish. 
2. Prepare the caramel and then push twigs/stick in apples. Put these apples in refrigerator till the caramel is ready. Place a wax paper over the baking sheet.
3. Now take a big saucepan and put corn syrup, bourbon and sugar in it and boil until they all get dissolved. Add some butter, heavy cream, salt and vanilla in the pan and boil till it reaches 110c for next 20-25 minutes.
4. Dip the apples in the caramel and then roll them over the pecans. Place the apples over wax paper on baking sheet.
5. Allow the caramel to set on apple for next 15 to 30 minutes. Now drizzle some melted chocolate over the apples.
