How to throw a carnival themed celebration
Everyone loves to go to birthday parties however themed parties are usually much more entertaining than regular birthday parties. With a carnival themed birthday party you can never go wrong as all children love carnivals. The essentials for planning out the perfect carnival themed event include lots of games, bright colors everywhere, clowns etc. Most people would have to spend a fortune to plan the perfect carnival themed party. Most people would even opt to hire professional party planners but of course if you don’t have the funds to do so you can easily create a carnival themed birthday party using inexpensive items.
Usually it would be best to have a huge tent at the venue but since we are planning a carnival birthday party on a budget its best to not spend too much on decorations like tents. Instead focus your attention on other features of the party. To start off no carnival is complete without balloons. To achieve that ultimate carnival look you will need to create arches of multicolored balloons. These arches can be used at the entrance of the party. Since carnivals are held outside in open air then you can make a grand arch at the entrance using link-o-loons. Link-o-loons are specially made 11" latex balloon with a unique elongated tail which is used to tie it to another balloon. You can create 3-D figures, chains, archways etc using these balloons and there are virtually no limits to what you can create. Leave it all up to your imagination. Every carnival needs to have stalls full of fun and games. A fun stall for any carnival birthday party would be face painting. Another fun stall would be hair spray stall. Children love colors and what better way to enjoy a party than with temporary hair sprays in a variety of colors. You can use party hair spray's which comes in an assortment of colors and all the children will surely love it especially the girls at the party.
Some games the kids can play at the party could be bobbing for apples, using a ball to knock over a stack of cans etc. In each game you can give the winners tickets which can be redeemable for some great prizes. The more the tickets which mean the more likely the kid will get a better prize.
Helium balloons are also a necessary item that you should have at the birthday party you are planning as they can be used to play games with and also be used as decoration. You can fill in the helium balloons yourself instead of getting them filled by professionals as that would cost quite a bit of money. You can purchase a helium tank and balloon kit for this purpose as it will be the most cost effective way for you to have helium balloons at the party. This product is very easy to use and can fill up quite a few balloons. It's also small and portable which will make it easier for you to carry around the venue.
Another great product to use at a carnival themed birthday party would be a fairy floss machine. Just for fun you can also dress up as a jester or clown to give the kids a bit of entertainment.
