Hot Fudge Brownie Cookies
What you will need:
1 package Pillsbury Ready to Bake! refrigerated hot fudge brownie cookies
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons hazelnut spread with cocoa
1 teaspoon unsweetened baking cocoa
How to make:
1. Heat oven to 180°C.
2. On an ungreased cookie sheet place cookies and bake as directed on packaging.
3. After baking let the cookies cool on cookie sheet for 3 minutes and then remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack and let cool completely for about 20 minutes.
4. Now in a small bowl mix the peanut butter, hazelnut spread and cocoa.
5. Sandwich the flat sides of 2 cookies together with about 1 tablespoon filling in between and sprinkle the edges of the cookies with sprinkles and serve.
