Rainbow Chocolate cookies

What you need:

2.75 cups of flour

1/3rd of a cup of cocoa powder

1/8 teaspoon of salt

Two sticks of unsalted butter

1.25 cups of sugar

Two small eggs

Two teaspoons of vanilla extract

Sprinkles

How to make:

1. In a bowl mix together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, softened butter and sugar on high speed until well combined.

2. Now add in the egg and vanilla and beat for another minute.

3. Now roll this dough in to one inch balls and cover with the sprinkles lavishly.

4. Place on a parchment paper and press to make them a bit flat.

5. Freeze these balls until firm (30 minutes).

6. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes and cool completely before serving.
