Bacon, pineapple and chicken kabobs

Ingredients
12 strips of thick cut bacon
1 large onion, cut into 1½ inch pieces
2 large red bell peppers, cut into 1½ inch pieces
1 large pineapple, cut into 1½ inch chunks
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
FOR THE HAWAIIAN SAUCE:
1½ cups pineapple juice
1½ tablespoons cornstarch
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
6 long skewers

Instructions
1. Step one: in order to prepare Hawaiian sauce, you have to combine all the ingredients in a medium sauce pan, you then stir to the point that the cornstarch is dissolved. Boil the mixture, decrease the heat to the lowest minimum for 2 minutes. Get it set aside until you are ready to use it.
2. Step two: thread the skewers; weave the bacon around each pieces of chicken and pineapple, hold the bell pepper and onion together. As for the bacon, weave it around the two. If you are using 4 pieces of chicken and three pieces each of pineapple, bell pepper and onion, then you must use two strips of Bacon per skewer. The next thing you will do is to brush some vegetable or olive oil evenly over each kabobs.
3. Step three: you should preheat the grill to a medium high. Then grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, remember to always turn it a couple of times until it's done.
4. Step four; generously apply with hot Hawaiian sauce and serve immediately.
