Decorating ideas for a birthday party

These days' people tend to have parties every other month. It doesn’t really matter what the occasion is people just need a reason to get together with their closest friends and family over drinks and a few cocktails. What party would be complete without a few decorating items to actually make it look like a party? Let's say that you are planning to hold a cocktail party for your close friends and colleagues at work. Decorations for parties are supposed to be ordered well in advance so that you don’t have to face any last minute hassles.
