Lemon Tart Recipe
How to make a great tasting Lemon Tart
What you\'ll need:
1 tart pastry case
1 cup of cater sugar
120 grams of melted unsalted butter
1/4 cup of sifted plain flour
1 tablespoon of cornflour
How to make Lemon Tart:
1. Using a zester or fine grater, grate the rind of one lemon and then juice all three lemons.
2. In a bowl, mix the lemon rind, lemon juice, eggs, sugar,flour, melted butter and cornflour until smooth.
3. Pour the lemon mixture into the tart case and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until set.
4. Allow to cool, dust with icing sugar and ENJOY!
