Simple 4 step assembly instructions : 

1) Tie the ribbon around the folded tissue and fan out each side
2) Light each of the laters upwares to create each side of the pom pom
3) Repeat the process on the other side to make it a full pom pom. Create a loop with the ribbon
4) Tie a ribbon or nylon ( not included ) to the look and hang.
